Catherine Verbeke

Catherine is an entrepreneur, mentor, and pioneer in holistic human development. Born in Flanders, Belgium, she grew up in a family active in real estate and international shipping, gaining early exposure to the dynamics of global business and entrepreneurship. Over the past decades, Catherine has dedicated her work to exploring the intersection of health, resilience, and personal transformation.

She co-founded Open Therapeuticum Leuven (OTL), a pioneering neuro-rehabilitation center that integrates conventional and complementary approaches to support people recovering from trauma and brain injury. Through her work with families, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams, Catherine has developed a unique perspective on how individuals and communities reconnect with their potential and create meaningful pathways for healing and growth.

Alexandra Loero

Alexandra Loero is a certified coach, communications strategist, and learning designer who specializes in helping people and organizations unlock their potential through experiential and game-based learning. Her work focuses on transforming complex challenges into engaging learning experiences that foster clarity, collaboration, and growth.

Over the past two decades, she has supported leaders and teams in more than 100 organizations, helping them strengthen communication, culture, and leadership capabilities. Alongside her professional work, Alexandra’s perspective has also been shaped by profound personal experiences navigating adversity, health challenges within her family, and the long process of recovery and resilience that follows trauma. These experiences deeply inform her work, reinforcing her commitment to helping people and communities rediscover their strength and capacity to move forward.

Tom Drazenovic

Tom Drazenovic

Tom Drazenovic is a psychologist, strategist, and organizational development expert whose work focuses on the intersection of human behavior, strategy, and learning. For more than two decades he has advised companies, institutions, and leadership teams across more than 13 countries, helping them navigate complexity, strengthen collaboration, and design innovative approaches to leadership and change. Together with Alexandra Loero, he specializes in game-based learning methodologies that use simulation, experiential learning, and strategic play to accelerate understanding and decision-making.

Tom’s professional perspective is also shaped by profound personal experiences, including surviving cancer and accompanying close family members through severe neurological trauma and recovery. These experiences have deepened his understanding of resilience, purpose, and the human capacity to rebuild and grow even in the most difficult circumstances.

Together, the founders bring decades of experience supporting people, teams, and organizations in navigating change, developing leadership, and transforming adversity into growth.
